Welcome to Manjam Jewellery! By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from or accessing Manjam Jewellery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

 

2. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

  • You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

  • Unauthorized use, including hacking or any malicious activity, is strictly prohibited.

 

 

3. Product Information

  • All items are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur due to the nature of the materials used. 

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but differences in screen displays may result in variations. Gemstones in general don't have a uniform colour and variations are bound to exist. 

 

 

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: Each item is handcrafted, requiring approximately 14 days to create. Custom or intricate designs may take additional time.

  • Shipping Time: Once completed, items will be shipped and typically arrive within 5 to 7 days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

  • Exchanges: Jewelry can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or altered jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept Benefit Pay, PayPal, Debit, and Credit Cards. 

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Manjam Jewellery and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Manjam Jewellery is not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from the misuse of our products.

  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Technical issues or interruptions on our website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).
