Return and Exchange Period
- All items are made to order weather it's choosing the metal color or ring size, etc., so they cannot be returned unless they have issues such as a function or quality issue.
- Ready-made pieces can be returned in one week or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Terms and Conditions
- Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Customized or altered jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
- Include a copy of the purchase receipt with your return request.
Refunds
- A full refund will be issued after the returned jewelry has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
Jewelry Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for jewelry of equal value.
- If the new item is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference.
Exceptions
- Custom-made or bespoke jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Only ready-made pieces can be if they have a faulty.
