Yes. Manjam Jewellery is a Bahraini fine jewellery brand and a registered establishment in the Kingdom of Bahrain, licensed for the sale of gold and precious jewellery.
Manjam is based in Bahrain, with selected pieces available to view in person at Yateem Centre in Manama.
Can I visit Manjam in person?
Yes. Selected Manjam pieces can be viewed at Yateem Centre in Manama.
For bespoke pieces, engagement rings and more considered purchases, we recommend arranging a private consultation so we can give you the time and attention your piece deserves.

How can I place an order?
You can order directly through the Manjam website, or speak with one of our team members on WhatsApp.
If you would like guidance, simply message us. We can help you choose a piece, discuss gemstones or customisation, answer questions about your order, and guide you through the entire process. You can also place and confirm your order directly through WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?
Online payments can be completed securely through our website.
Bank transfer and Benefit payments are also available for clients placing their order directly with our team.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Jewellery
How long will my jewellery take to create?
Most Manjam pieces take approximately two weeks to complete.
Depending on the design, gemstones and craftsmanship required, some made-to-order or bespoke pieces may take up to 21 business days.
Your expected completion date will always be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
Pieces that are currently in stock are available immediately.
Can I request an urgent order?
Where possible, yes.
If your jewellery is required for a particular date or occasion, please contact us before ordering. Our team will confirm what can be created within your timeframe without compromising the quality of the finished piece.
Can Manjam create a bespoke piece for me?
Yes. Bespoke design is at the heart of Manjam.
You may come to us with an idea, an inspiration image, a particular gemstone, or simply a sense of what you would like to create. We will work with you to develop a piece around your preferences, proportions and story.
Can an existing Manjam design be customised?
Yes. Many Manjam designs can be personalised through gemstone selection, proportions and other design details.
Where a change affects the gold weight, gemstones or complexity of the piece, we will provide the revised price for your approval before production begins.
Can you create something inspired by a piece I have seen elsewhere?
Yes. Inspiration images are always welcome as a starting point.
Rather than producing direct replicas, we use references to understand the proportions, details and aesthetic you are drawn to, then develop a piece specifically for you.

Are Manjam diamonds certified?
Diamonds of 1 carat and above are accompanied by an IGI certificate, providing an independent assessment of the stone's characteristics.
Full certification details are provided with the relevant piece.
Are your natural gemstones certified?
Natural gemstones are accompanied by independent laboratory certification where applicable.
We work with carefully selected natural gemstones sourced through specialist suppliers, with particular attention to colour, character and individuality.
If certification is important to your purchase, our team will be happy to confirm the documentation available for your chosen stone before you order.
Does Manjam work with lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are an important part of Manjam's diamond offering.
They offer the beauty and brilliance expected from fine diamond jewellery while giving our clients greater freedom to explore scale, cut and design.

Do you offer complimentary delivery?
Yes. Complimentary delivery is available throughout Bahrain and across the GCC.

Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

Because bespoke, personalised and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for the client, different conditions may apply to these orders.
